Information collected during service. When we perform work for you we may create records such as job notes, crew time records, signed contracts and inventory or damage documentation, including photographs of items and premises taken for condition and claims purposes.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers on our systems. We do retain invoices, receipts and payment records as required for accounting and tax purposes.

We use personal information to prepare and send quotes and estimates; schedule, staff and carry out moving and delivery jobs; communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, changes and follow-up; issue invoices, process payments and maintain accounting records; prepare and administer service contracts and e-signature documents; assess, investigate and resolve claims for loss or damage; meet our insurance, legal, tax and regulatory obligations; improve our website and services; measure, target and improve the performance of our advertising on Google and Meta platforms, including showing our ads to people who have visited our website; and send you service updates or offers where you have consented or where we have an existing business relationship with you (you can opt out at any time).
We do not sell your personal information.
By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or booking a job with us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy.
